I didn’t read the book but I heard the buzz and was excited for this show. I finished the first two episodes and it’s a bust! The look of the show is great but that’s where it ends. Either Brie Lawson didn’t figure out who Elizabeth was ahead of time or she got terrible direction because she’s a different person in each scene. Calvin is unlikeable. Oh, and here’s a dog. On and on…it’s a skip for me.
