Vegan Vergas

For starters I had no idea the series was based on a book. I'm kinda on a binge for supernatural shows and movies lately and just started this after finishing The Discovery of Witches. Let me just say that from the start this show jumps around the charactes with little time to really give them depth. Alexandra Daddario... awful awful awwwful character she's playing. And I have nothing to compare it to because I've never even heard of the books. She's like a mix between Lana Del Rey and Kristen Stewart. Pretty but so awkward. A lot of the interactions between the characters are awkward as well. It almost feels like the cast was given snippets of what they'd be acting on that day of and in diffent order and had no ties to the part they were playing. The only character I enjoyed was Lasher. His character was consistent no matter who he interacted with. I finished the series because I just wanted to see it threw but I got to say it was incredible hard to watch.
