Happy Gilmore 2 misses the fairway, green atttrnd hole! The main plot (a new golf league) could have been really entertaining but the opportunity was totally missed. The daughter's need for money is decent plot twist but doesn't get explored much. Happy's new happy place is a complete disappointment. It seems like a PC team took it over and maimed it. John Daly could have been hilarious but he spends most of his time squirting hand lotion and mumbling. The first movie had some good comedy (Bob Barker, jackass guy, mini golf, Ben Stiller, etc), drama (Happy getting money for the house) and romance (Happy/ Virginia). The 2nd movie lacked anything compelling or coherent.
