I finished this book in less than 24 hours, something I did not expect to do, nor do I ever manage. I read 100 pages in the first sitting; I stayed up to do so, 50 pages in class, and another 100 RIGHT after my classes ended. This book is encaptivating, conscientious, alluring, and simply bewitching. There was not one point in my reading experience that I felt the need or want to stop reading. If I could have read this book in one sitting, trust me. I would have. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best book I've ever read. After reading 'The Fault in Our Stars', I immediately ordered the newly released, 'The Anthropocene Reviewed' book. I couldn't help myself. I'm planning on buying John's other books soon as well. If the other books are ANYTHING like this one, that money will be money well spent.
