First of all, spoilers ahead! The animation was really really amazing, and how the light interacted with the objects and characters made it feel so much more realistic. The characters are also so beautifully written, and it feels like I have actually known them. The movie displayed the emotions of the characters perfectly, and exceeded all of my expectations . It was able to fulfill all of my wishes on what I hoped would happen after the main sieres ended, and made me cry my heart out. I never imagined Violet would ever get to meet the major again, but lo and behold he was there. It broke my heart when Gilbert told her he didn't want to see her again. Also, when Yuris died it made me cry all over again, truly tugging at my heart. Overall I was very happy with the ending but the only thing I wished for is the Violet say, "I love you." to Gilbert when they reunited. This movie topped my last all time favorite, Howl's Moving Castle, and let me experience some emotions I never thought I would feel. I would like to thank the director of the sieres and movie, Taichi Ishidate, and everyone else that has worked on the sieres and movie. Thank you.

To be honest i didn't really understand the science stuff but it was good in my opinion. That being said by a person(me) who didn't understand it very well. I also think you need to be smart enough to understand it like 16+ or something idk? I just think this series uses big words and has a complicated plot, I just kind of liked it for that exact reason.
