I called to ask about my quote refund and I miss spoke about how much I was to get back to the customer service agent got all bent out of shape about it and said I was suppose to only get $300 well I was told me than that and this guy needs to be retrained in how to deal with customers. The first crew showed up with only 3 guys and had to go get another guy and found out they rescheduled me and did not even tell me but thankfully the second crew did there job and got it done on time. I would not recommend this company. Thank you to the people that understood me and keep up great work.
