The storyline is very good in earlier seasons. But as the story progresses, apparently cancer is a very common disease among the doctors, even if they don't have any symptoms before. It's like if you don't have any idea for the next episode, just choose a staff and give him/her a high stage cancer with the minimum survival rate. The best episode is the girl with tile in her blood stream, it is predictable, but that's the most interesting case for me because it's not cancer. A lot of episode is about cancer and tumor so it's quite boring. And I notice that in this series, they very rarely (or never) show the organ in the operation scene, it's just the surgeons with tools in their hands. So it's lack of the operation's vibe so the viewers can't see how serious the disease is. I love Daimon Sensei, she is arrogant, but she actually has the skills, so it's not arrogant, she is just very confident. And she doesn't like to brag and doesn't has a big mouth, don't care about the credit too, she just care about her patients. Great character! If only the disease is more various and the staffs don't suddenly have cancer, I will definitely give 5 stars for this series. Lastly, do doctors usually use stapler to close the surgery wound? It's weird, don't know if it's true in real life.
