Letitia is amazing in this role. Her character walked the line between being subservient and yet taking command with quiet presence and mental strength 💪. Her humanity showing even in the face of seething anger at what was done to her and her family and others. Smartly played by all cast members!

At first i just had this movie playing in the background and when i paid attention to what Barbara was doing i thought she had a mental breakdown. Absolutely stunned when i understood this was about her mom and her desire to protect her mom and the great weight of that responsibility she was shouldering was expressed in the only way she knew!
