When I see an occasional bad review of this movie, I can't help but think it was written by a creatin. As good a film as any of Ford's Cavalry Triogy works and combines real events with great interpersonal fiction. A view into how talented the cast is was Constance Towers's introduction and Althea Gibson's few movies by a woman who was a world class golfer and tennis player. If you don't see this movie, you've missed a treasure.
