I thought the game was incredibly well made, nobody can argue that. The map was beautiful, intricate, and fun. The driving was great, and the combat was good but got fairly repetitive, there was too much of the same type of combat and it got stale. The characters were interesting and memorable, but I do think the story dragged significantly. The introduction was super cool and then it got stale until about 60% through the game. The ending was dramatic and fun, the rest of the game should have been at least on a similar level, but it wasn't. The cutscenes felt weird and jump cutty in style, and took you out of the experience by just being unattractive, boring, or unintentionally hilarious. The story I felt lacked depth and probably could have used a more impactful antagonist. It's funny because if the game was 15 hours shorter it would have gotten another star, but it dragged soooo much and at points felt like a chore. Overall, I do recommend playing it to get a feel of the combat, driving, and enjoy the great map but no more than that, it's sad, but it would be a waste of your time finishing the game, there is zero emotional payoff.
