In short: movie is 3 hours of non-stop visually stunning action that has some inventive and even funny stuff. That's it. That really summed up all the good things about the movie. It really is just showcase of amazing stunt work and action scenes that are so over the top, they don't really take themselves seriously. Plotwise the movie is boring and linear as hell, characters are either extremely simple/cliche or just empty. New characters are very forgettable IMO. Still, some of the new characters are kinda funny and amusing but in no way relatable. Action is over the top, inventive and even funnyish at times so it is mostly amusing. But 3 hours is way too much. Movie is only worth watching if you are a big fan of the series, you can't get enough of action scenes or you wanna watch it just to think how they have executed stunt work/action scenes in general. Otherwise there really isn't much into it.
