If you are planning to watch this show, please don't. It's one of the most disappointing shows I've ever seen. There are good battle strategies, etc. And it was beginning to be a very good drama. But so unreal is the way Seung Nyang rises success after success. Would that life was that easy. But the worse part is the failure with the love story part of it. After 50 episodes and for that to take place. SURELY the writers know the audience is going to abhore this ending. It was all for nothing. I just finished a 71 episode k drama and it didn't end right because it was based on a true story. But this one was supposed to be fictionalized and still has a horrible ending. I for one, will most likely stop watching k dramas because of this. It tires people out with all these episodes and all to no avail. No victory. Waste of good time. It would have been a superb production if it had had a decent ending. The coddling she did over the sissy emperor made you want to throw up. A little bit of this is ok. But after a while, you get so angry and sick of it , it's just not healthy. It's like the writers are playing with people's emotions a little more than they should, maybe even with glee? The world really wants more victorious endings. Not hopeless ones. It's as though every good thing that you hoped was going to happen was snatched away after a lot of teasing. Hope the writers pay attention if they read any reviews at all , of which I'm sure they probably don't. Or maybe I could write one for you.
