All my favourite actors making a dreadful movie. Don't get me wrong I watched it, but I watched it in the same way that you might watch dashcam footage of car crashes on Instagram.

Pretty poor. Not sure what to make of the whole thing. The plot seemed to be: men are either stupid or evil so shouldn’t be in charge of anything. The “villain” builds a safe haven, studies magic and grants people’s wishes and lets everybody live there for free. He only grants wishes that are good for the community. Seems pretty reasonable. He goes “bad” when he gets paranoid that somebody was trying to steal wishes he deemed dangerous (plot spoiler they were stealing wishes and they were out to get him). His wife turned on him after taking the temperature of public opinion and locks him in the dungeon forever. It’s weird, I’m not sure what the moral of the story is. The queen looks the other way until she can steal the crown, but is worthy of redemption while the king isn’t? I don’t think there was a single joke in the entire film. The music was good but instantly forgettable. It’s not Encanto, Moana, Coco or Frozen. Go watch a Shrek movie instead. Sanctimonious nonsense. Big miss Disney, big miss.
