This is a very touching movie. It's honest and kinder than the actual reality of how racist and mean-spirited people were towards the Japanese-Americans.
I hope the boy who played Pepper continues to act because he has wonderful talent, just as the man who played Mr. Hashimoto.
One of the best movies I've seen and I thank all the actors as well as the writers and directors. Well done, and thank you!
