The first time I opened this book when I was 5 I thought it was a masterpiece, opening now again at 16 years old it is. Only let down was that it didn’t taste as good as the hungry caterpillar had me believe . I ate a caterpillar once and thought this one would be as tasty but it tasted like cardboard :( On the bright side I have a fond memory of jumping up and down in glee while reading it . Yay!
