Although I enthusiastically crave knowledge & education that supports my passion, I never get into sitting down to read an entire book. I tend to favor small article type written material or paragraphs of printed factual information. So for me to take the dedicated time to actually finish to the end, that means the book HAS to be good!!
I am blessed to have learned the concept of the 7 F's of Oola. This has really turned my life into my very best existence. Dr. Troy & Dr. Dave are so real & relatable. I look forward to reading the other 2 books in the collection.
