Storyline is boring, pacing is bad, action is actually good (although, did sam took the super soldier serum in the series? I didn't watch it but if he didn't ain't no way he took that beating and isn't hospitalized). I never intend to watch it cuz the marketing gave a huge spoiler that make the plot and story super obvious but i was hit by a heavy rainstorm on the way home, took shelter in a mall and decided to watch it to pass time. In retrospect i should've just go to the food court and watch youtube to pass time instead. Better use of money and time..... Conclusion: it's not the worst movie i watched but it is boring.... Note: at this point, i felt like MCU dropped the ball past endgame with all the tv series. In order to understand a movie i had to watch various tv series on disney which tbh, i don't have much time. Watching movie is just one form of entertainment but if i had to watch 3-6 hours (or more) tv series in order to understand 1-2 hour movie yeah.... no way.... i'd rather read novels, watch youtube or other film in theater....
