This adaptation was… okay. The characters stayed somewhat true to the book, and the back and forth kept you guessing which character was truly unhinged. Which is why the book was a page turner. Then they go and change the ending - why? Also, I'm not sure I liked the direction they portrayed Laura; she was a bit too cringy. I do not remember getting that from the book. I do think they did a good job pulling you to Cherry's side, which is why the book ending worked. The rewrite of the ending did not work for me.
