An abrupt ending and not very likable characters. I felt more invested in Sam's story then Anna and Maya's. I had strongly disliked Maya after around episode 5. And the actors age's caused me to cringe. It's not like they were time travelers trying to fix their teenage years they we're just 30 year old women around many 6 and 7th graders. Even if the women were ~18 I think it would be much less cringey. Maya was very obnoxious at times and reminded me of the early 2000's sensation FRED. I felt no true emotions for the characters and really disliked the show. I feel like if the whole production team had taken some hints from Big Mouth on Netflix and Everything Sucks which is also on Netflix (Strongly recommend both of those shows) then I feel like this show could have been much better. I am not a professional critic at all I just felt like writing a review for this show. 5.5/10 would not recommend to a friend. (Also I found the scenes of Maya masturbating VERY disturbing, yes it is natural but god almighty was it portrayed horribly).
