Just watched Jawan and I have to say, Shah Rukh Khan has done it again! This vigilante thriller is packed with whistle-inducing dialogues, action sequences, and foot-tapping music. The plot is credible and the woman power is strong. The bevy of stars adds to the charm of the movie, but it's Khan himself who steals the show. He's rough, tough, gritty, and witty all at the same time. The first hour is kinetic and zingy, but the movie slumps in bits after that. However, as a whole, Jawan is an unabashed massy banger that delivers its message with great flair. If you're a fan of gritty action thrillers with heart, this one's for you!
