I purchased a ticket back in November my trip was canceled by Greyhound 2 days in a row for the weather which is understandable. I put in a request for a refund was denied 2 times I tried a 3rd time and was successful at getting a refund. The refund was due to be processed and in my account 7-14 business days im going a month of waiting for my money….
