This was honestly one of the best shows out there right now. A great adaptation of the Halo storyline. The visuals are inspired and the cast is great, especially Pablo Schreiber. (The man just has a gift. I cannot think of a role he has played that I didn't enjoy but noone could have pulled off the Master Chief better.) The show did start out a little slow in season 1, as it introduced you to characters and the universe but I, for one, love it when they do this as you build a much deeper connection to the story you are experiencing. Season 2 really picked up steam and started to veer closer to the original storyline. Was counting the days til season 3 came out and we got to see where the story went. For Paramont+ to drop the show, just as it was starting to really take off, is an absolute heart break. I will hold this against them for many years to come and may even cancel my subscription. If you are going to be in the business of telling stories, we should be able to trust you to finish the story. You didn't and it hurt. Shame to create something so beautiful and exciting just to destroy it.
