When I’m feeling hemmed in by my urban setting, which is frequently, I watch Ben’s liberating shows. The warmth and acceptance of his presence by those he stays with is indicative of the person he is I believe. To see how those people struggle to achieve their dreams and pursue their beliefs in very demanding circumstances is both uplifting and humbling. May these programmes continue to be made as there is nothing like them. They create an escape to the wild, whilst an exciting idyll the show the day to day reality.
