Dear Peter,
Our primary care physician has your book in exam rooms, after seeing it again the last visit, I go twice a year, I finally purchased it!
Wow!!! I'm 75 years young, so I think, but not according to your stats!
But, I've read up to part 3, and as I got into part 3, I purchased more books and sent them to my nieces in their late 40's, early and late 50's!!!!!
I wish I'd met you sooner!
I seriously will try; I'm not the best at exercise consistency; but you lay it out so matter of factly, and so DO-ABLY, that shame on me if I don't!
For years I've been saying I'm aiming for 103, well I best get moving if I'm planning on being a conversationalist and mobile character😉 at103!!
I've got your book and audible version, so no excuse to not review and keep up. I read, then listen while on treadmill, recumbent bike.
Knees aren't so great, but getting the muscles back will only make the whole leg better!
That VO2 will be quite a challenge but just knowing I can improve is the best way to think!
Thank you so much for all the details you've put into this!
Yes I've told my doctor I bought the book, no comment yet, I'm sure he's waiting to see if I follow thru!!!🤗
