Shoojit Sircar nails it again, and takes cinema to yet another level. It is brilliant blend of Hollywood technique, and the Indian heart. Being a movie buff, I have missed watching new good movies for nearly two years - Hollywood or Bollywood, and Sardar Udham puts an end to the wait.
To make it even more charming, it is not an easy watch. The movie paces differently, and blends in several story lines, but provides a wholesome experience for those who patiently wait to get immersed into the cinema.
A brilliant story too, Revolutionary Udham Singh is strangely unknown to most of us, except probably those who grew up in Punjab, or have seen his sculpted figure outside Jallianwala Bagh.
