It does not compare to the original mean girls in 2004. The songs were very unnecessary in my opinion. Everyone in my theatre groaned out of annoyance of how manly songs there was. They also skipped over a bunch of scenes that were iconic (I won’t spoil) but it can be a good movie if your into movie musicals. I normally am but not this one.
