I give 4 stars because the movie could possibly help to solve some of the real life unsolved murder cold cases in the area... The movie itself was decent mainly because of the cast but definitely not worthy of 4 stars in & of itself for several reasons. Although the title of the movie is "The Texas Killing Fields", the storyline is a less than accurate scripted version of events from the articles I've read over the years so the title is a little misleading to those that are familiar with actual events. There were too many character roles but not enough storylines being told. For instance the storyline involving the drug dealer pimp & the trashy white guy that shot him in the green car left me with many unanswered questions & very little explanation.
