This is an amazing encyclopedic book which bears reading and using as a reference. It is packed with so much information that it really should be read and reread. Dr. Gregor also provides the vast amount of resource information, so much so that it could not be published with the book but is online in a PDF file which is searchable. For anybody who is concerned with their health and the current thinking I would highly recommend it. While the bottom line message is the same as it has been in all his other books, the best thing for you Is to a whole food plant diet, the added up to date information about the scientific research that supports this idea helps underline the importance of the diet.
