Name of the film : Ramaiya Vastavaiya. Prominent stars of the film are Girish Kumar(Ram), Shruti Hasan (Sona), Sonu Sood (Raghurveer Sona’s Elder Brother), Randhir Kapoor (Ram’s Father), Poonam Dhillon (Ashwini Ram’s Mother). The film was released on : 19 July 2013 in India Plot/Summary of the movie : This is a romantic film. Ram Kapoor is a rich city boy, born to billionaire parents and brought up in Australia . On the other hand, Sona Singh is a traditional, simple desi girl from Punjab who is brought up by her only brother,Raghuveer Singh. Raghu is heartbroken when their father marries another woman and throws them out of the house, humiliating them on the way. Their mother dies, and her tomb is built on the small land which they own until Jaiswal, their Zamindar tells them that it is his land, since their mother had taken a loan from the man. Raghuveer volunteers to work day and night to pay off the loan as long as they do not tear down his mother's tomb. Jaiswal agrees, and the local station master Shankar helps them. Slowly, Raghu and Sona grow up. One day, Rhea Bhargav, Sona's best friend, comes to their house to invite Sona to their house as she is getting married. Riya's cousin, Ram, also arrives on the same day with his mother, Ashwini Kapoor. Slowly, Ram and Sona fall in love, but Ashwini does not bear it as Sona is not as rich as them, and is thus not to their standards; Ram is also to be married to Ashwini's brother Krishna Kant Bhargav's business partner Jay Prakash's daughter, Dolly. Ashwini humiliates Sona as well as Raghu, who arrives a minute before, and both are thrown out of the house after Ashwini accuses them of trying to entice and trap Ram. When Ram learns of this, he goes to Sona's house and pleads with her brother to accept him. Raghu gives him a chance, just like he was given a chance by Jaiswal when he was little. Ram is tasked to take care of the cows, clean up after them and grow more crops than Raghu by the end of the season; if he does not, Ram will be thrown out of the village and can never see Sona again. My Review Of Movie : In this movie i liked the acting of Girish Kumar (Ram) and Shruti Hasan (Sona) as they love each other truly, that Ram has been grew up in rich family still he is ready to do all the farmer’s work and grow the crops as well as Girish Kumar’s comedy timing and funny scenes makes the movie interesting for audience . On the other hand Shruti Hasan has done a great job as Sona. The audience can feel her expressions, her emotions after she falls in love with Ram. Audience can connect with them when they are truly in love with each other and make efforts to save and win their love. Apart from the acting, the direction of the movie is also good. Prabhu Deva is the director of the movie and he has done a good job, the way the movie starts, the way it creates interest in the audience ,its storyline, songs of the movie and climax of the movie, love story between Ram and Sona, beautiful sceneries of the nature after Ram visits Sona’s house . All the factors make the movie unforgettable. Reaction On Movie : Personally I loved the movie a lot. The movie is not only about romance but also makes the audience laugh so many times. And from the movie they wanted to tell the power of true love that a rich boy can sacrifice his rich life for love. When you both are in true love there are no boundaries, it is hard to make a love story successful but the love is genuine from both sides it automatically finds its way to make it successful
