I was anticipating a lot more from this game. I think that the mechanics of the game are almost spot on and a great way to show how the game or golf is played. However I was expecting a lot more when I heard that 2k was making it and not EA. I was expecting an overall system that somewhat resembles NBA2k and we got no overall system at all. I also was disappointed when the teaser showed and teased tiger woods at TPC Sawgrass and then come to find out that he and Nike are not even in the game. I also was upset to see that really only a faction of the great players in the tour right now would be in. Like when I buy a golf game I want to play against Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods, and Rory Mcilroy and I found out that we are playing against people that you only know if you watch and know golf. I also was upset when I saw that there was no masters and no Scotland, I think that if you are going to make a golf game you need almost all of the famous players and course to make it right. Add to all that, that the game looks overall bad and the servers are awful and you just get a game that looks rushed. Overall I think that they have the mechanics spot on, but are missing the rest of the golf game that makes it a golf game.
