I've seen the original Top Gun 1986 many times and am a huge fan of it. Everything in the original movie clicked. Top Gun Maverick is more of a Top Gun Mission Impossible 😐
The whole movie is about a impossible mission and Tom Cruise is the only guy who can do it. Also the soundtrack is absent and is hugely disappointing.
