I really enjoyed this show!! But it took three episodes for me to feel that way. Then I was very impatient for subsequent episodes to drop. The first few episodes - much as one news review put it - are quite crude, and I was not sure I would be able to handle Eddie in the long haul. Great acting! But it's TOTALLY worth ploughing through, and the show is really fabulous, funny, original, and gripping. The crudeness persists, but seems to tone down just enough to make it a more enjoyable show. So obviously I'm not that averse to crude language and behaviour, because it stays crude! (I feel sometimes it gets gratuitous though to a level that is too much.) The twists and turns are great, and you WILL be guessing until the second to last episode. Kate Box is fantastic in this! I hope we see her in more. Loved the casting overall.
