I love the show and was stoked to see that a season 3 was in the works. But I must say I find it lacking. The plot had great potential and I was excited about a more mature subject matter and angle. And there were a few episodes where it was really good. But a lot of the writing was frankly amateurish and had me cringing. It almost felt like it was a middle school fan fiction writer at some parts running the dialogue. It was really aggravating because some episodes were so on point with the execution and others...a total train wreck. I really hope the writing improves should there be a season four because I love the characters and don’t want to have to stop watching because the cringe factor can be overwhelming.
