My 5 star ratings comes from the historical significance and art of the film. Its like if Taxi Driver combined in one movie with a Divine John Waters character singing badly in for good measure. Henry Gibson and Lili Tomlin's numbers were terrible. Carridine had some good numbers I'm Easy was a hit in the mid 70s. Ronee Blakley was outstanding in the movie and was an angelic presence. The film predicted 3rd parties like H Ross Perot and commented on the wave of 60s and 70s political violence. If you are into Seventies this is a great picture. If you want to be entertained move on.
