I’m not sure how I feel about this game. There are things I liked and didn’t like, so I’ll start with the parts I did like. This is the first “Sniper” game I’ve played where you actually snipe from extremely long distances. The sniping mechanics are great, it really makes you feel good when you hit your shots especially at long distances. The customization on the weapons is also another great feature. I felt that the overall freedom of how to execute the missions was great as well. Now the parts I didn’t like. When I first start a game, weither I like it usually depends on the movement and user interface. I cannot stand the movement in this game. It feels so stiff, I feel like I’m playing it in slow motion almost. What bothered me the most was that I wasn’t able to unable Aim Assist. I always take Aim Assist off because I like to be immersed in the gameplay, I like to feel like it’s real. Now, if the movement was as smooth as the newer COD releases, I’d say this game is great. I don’t have much to complain about this one… but the movement. It bugs me so much.
