A blockbuster cast for Ghostbusters to enjoy. The firehouse was already substandard when the boys first moved in and they did a very good job of showing how it continues to fall apart around the current team decades later. At every opportunity the movie shows how aged and dated the GB tech and team are (a major plot point so pay attention), but the message comes through in a heated argument between Ray and Winston, "This is how I want to spend my Golden Years" acknowledging that it's not as good as it once was, it's not keeping up with modernity, and that's OKAY because enjoying the Ghostbusters is a choice that makes us happy! In the final scenes we see the people (audience) still cheering on the Ghostbusters in spite of the initial negative reception. Don't be a Peck, support the Ghostbusters.
