If I could give .5 stars I would. These 5 star reviews are bots. Do not listen to them. This show is a slap in the face to anyone who enjoys the Halo franchise. Aside from armor and names, everything else is different, save yourself some trauma and avoid this dumpster fire at all cost.

An absolute slap in the face to Tolkien and his work. I wish I can remove every second of this show from my brain. Cinematically speaking this show suffers from bad pacing, poor acting, lazy character development, terrible choice in score (Bear McCreary is great but it just isn't the same without Howard Shore, plus Bear had a really tight schedule so I don't really blame him). The show did have good CGI, but looks without substance is useless. Battle scenes: just bad, the only saving grace from this show for me was Elrond, but all he did was sit around, I wish he was used a bit more. His dwarf friend was also solid. Jeff, my boy, if you're reading this, you should have used the 450+ million as hair replacement research.
