Thoroughly enjoyed this. Didn't expect to stick with it but the dark humour is fantastic and Nicole Kidiman was brilliant as the mother especially entertaining final episode with Liev Schrieber and Kidman stealing the scenes.

Influences from Fellini and Hitchcock.Dark, highly amusing in a very subtle way and beautifully filmed, great script. With amazing underplayed performances all around. A series best viewed twice imo as you will miss a lot of the subtle background ' noise' initially.

Subtle, intense, emotive and achingly beautiful tale. One of those films that connects to everyone that views it in a quietly profound way and leaves a permanent mark on the soul. Just watch it.
