Must be the best movie I ever watched in my life, as a mortal kombat maniac. Loyal to the source, endless game references for gamers and movie references for movie enjoyers, great visual effects, amazing gore, kano carried all the non-fighting scenes with amazing humor. the main character is easy to forget and considered by myself trying to steal the spotlight from characters like hanzo hasashi and liu kang, but that didn't bother me a lot. A lot of events for the second movie are predictable like kano surviving a popped eye and getting the cyber parts, and that hypes me up for the sequel
