They glaze over the reason why Jadzia left the show, obviously cut a ton of the dialogue and back and forth about it (allegedly it was onset misogyny from the show runners). Then spend the next 25 minutes virtue signaling how progressive they were. I guess those progressive values don’t include women.
Otherwise a good doc.
