It’s a great show, but compared to the game it’s okay. The game does a much better job in building the relationship between Ellie and Joel. Unfortunately, the show felt rushed, the pacing wasn’t great. This show needed to be at least 10 episodes with some more run time. You can really tell the pacing is off when there’s barely any zombies in the show vs the game. In the game you feel the threat of zombies and humans but in the show, well the zombies are almost an after thought unfortunately. That being said the acting was great! The main points the game tries to get across comes through in the show, although not as well knitted.
