Most 1-star reviews are people complaining about server stability on launch of Blizzard's biggest game in about a decade. If you are expecting seamless launch of a massive game like this, you should probably get your brain scanned.
Yes, servers have been unstable at times. It's basically an MMO launch. Other than that, the game is fantastic.
