This does not even come close to Yellowstone. In three hours when we think that the story would’ve developed to the point where you could actually understand what was happening precious little backstory except we see the massacre of white settlement by the Indians, let’s call them Native Americans that is the people that live there. I think when somebody gets too close to their project and understands all the characters in the ins and outs they lose track of the fact their newcomer really needs a roadmap. That failed here. It was interesting. Scenery was interesting. The amount of money that was spent on special effects in the period pieces detail was outrageous, I’m sure, but the story line just didn’t catch up or match that amount of detail.
