Dying light 2, to me is a fun zombie game that has the potential to become the best but only held back by a couple of problems that keep it from reaching it. PROS - The parkour from the original is improved upon from the last game and the combat feels fantastic. The game also looks so great on the ps5. In the original the day and was cool but never really anything to do except getting the night bonus point for your two skill tree’s and in this one you can do night time activities in it from either going into one of the dark zones to gather supplies to craft items for your weapons or either going to a GRE hospital and getting inhibitors to increase your health and stamina. I like it when your running, jumping to building to building and music starts playing and when you make a big jump the music hold’s it the key or something like that and when you land it begins again. CONS - Tech land made a big deal about the story in there advertising before the game came out and I was excited to see what they had in store. But when came out I played about 7 hours on it I find the story ok at best not bad but it is disappointing. On PS5 I experienced a bug that for a micro second flicker the screen black and the characters not moving in the cut scenes or get stuck in something which I found it kinda funny it didn’t happen a lot of the time for me. The armor system in the game doesn’t feel like you are more powerful or better at a skill in game it’s barely even noticeable.
