Hex Firebrand

This cut is much longer but also has added much needed backstory and character building. If you have the attention span it’s definitely worth a watch, it’s a shame that we can’t continue to have this version of the DC Cinematic universe. It may have had a rocky reception but this film really shows incredible potential. Each character is compelling and you are given a reason to care about them. If you’re a fan of the comics you might have a good time, take it in as a separate new story arc.

The film is much better than people give it credit for. Rife with symbolism and great acting. I hope Brie Larson continues expanding her career because she knows what she is doing. The industry could use more fresh ideas like this and Netflix was smart to give this chance.
