Love It or list it has always been my favorite HGTV show. The chemistry between Hillary and David has been amusing an age appropriate. The chemistry between Page and David is a little off. Page doesn't have Hillary's wittiness. Page kind of reminds me of Egypt of Married to Real Estate in her delivery andi mannerisms. In the first episode David doesn't have his sparkle and wit. Will give the new season of chance but Missing Hillary already... Page doesn't have the capability to spar with David. The first episode is missing the relational fun.

Jerry and Justin have brought the fun back to the Talk....it was painful to watch post Sharon's departure... Soror Sheryl Underwood continues to be a class act....I am still watching each day....
