This game is nothing short of a work of art. The amazing graphics keep the player interested and captivated with not only the main path they’re taking, but also what is in the background. The level design is challenging yet very thoughtful and fun. Although this game is pretty challenging as all Donkey Kong Country games are, the remastered version on the 3DS is a bit easier for younger audiences. All that being said, what TRULY makes this game one of my favorites of all time is the soundtrack. There are a ton of tracks in this game that are remastered from the original DKC on the SNES, such as Aquatic Ambience, Northern Hemispheres, Fear Factory, and that’s just to name a few. They are all stunning and absolutely beautiful with the Wii’s capability for producers to play live instruments. This game is truly captivating until the very end, and whatever the price you will pay to get the game is entirely worth it and that is a promise I am willing to make!
