The Trundle RSL holds the Honour Roll for Victoria Cross recipient Flight Sergeant Rawdon Hume Middleton along with other Honour Rolls from Yarrabandai NSW. Parkes displays his medals on the wall outside the Mayor's office. A very interesting read about a local hero.
