Tienes que verlo en espaรฑol. You gotta watch it in Spanish, unfortunately many of the puns and idioms don't translate well and come out confusing rather than funny. But if you are lucky enough to understand the language and latin culture in general, this is definitely a feel good family sit-com. No idea why it received a TV-MA rating except that some American rating systems tend to be a bit prudish when it comes to language and sexual imagery.
