slow burn psychological thriller that makes you wonder whats happening 90% of the time. i found out years after watching that it was based on a book, which makes more sense now. but i absolutely loved it. its similar to black mirror, arrival, interstellar, however not sci-fi. i started with the "slow burn" description because you have to be someone who's interested in sitting and being immersed in a film's artistic structure/value. its unnerving and if you're someone who likes dark "trippy" movies, this would be one of them to add to your "list."
